As a non-profit contemplative retreat center located in Garrison, New York, the Institute sought to extend its mission of exploring the connection between contemplation and engaged action into the digital space.

Establish broadcast-standard audio specifications (minimum -16 LUFS, frequency response optimization, noise floor reduction) and create standardized equipment recommendations and setup guides for guests, all while developing quality assurance checkpoints throughout the production pipeline
Design recording systems that accommodate participants across multiple time zones, including streamlining schedules and creating fail-safe backup recording protocols for technical contingencies
Conduct comprehensive background research on guests and episode topics, including the development of pre-interview briefing materials and conversation frameworks and research databases tracking themes, concepts, and potential future guests
Establish portable recording solutions for Jonathan’s travel schedule, in addition to creating systems enabling production continuity during host unavailability and building production timelines with built-in flexibility for schedule changes
